New ACL from Tenova Loi Thermprocess for the Ansteel Group

During the 6th China International Import Expo (Ciie), representatives of Tenova Loi Thermprocess and the Ansteel Group took part in the signing ceremony for the contract for a glow and coating system. The event took place in the National Convention and Exhibition Center in Shanghai and was organized by Ansteel. Tenova Loi Thermprocess is a leading provider of industrial stove systems for heat treatment and melting metals and belongs to Tenova, a provider of sustainable solutions for green change in the metal industry.

After a joint speech entitled “Sustainability – Ready to Go”, the two parties signed the contract for the glow oven that Tenova Loi Thermprocess will deliver as the centerpiece of the system. This is another milestone in the long -term cooperation between the Tenova Loi Thermprocess Group and the Ansteel Group.

The delivery, which is carried out by Tenova Loi Thermprocess together with Tenova Technologies Tianjin, is part of the new project of the Ansteel Group, which will aim at the production of electrical vehicles for electric vehicles and will be the first production line of its kind in Northeast China.

“It was a great honor for us to take part in the ceremony of the Ansteel Group in Shanghai. This underlines our long -term collaboration with Ansteel, ”said Christian Schrade, Managing Director of Tenova Loi Thermprocess. “We are proud to take part in initiatives for green steel like this and help to promote the green energy transition.”

Modern concept

Tenova Loi Thermprocess’ ACL for non-corn-oriented (NGO) electric band is specially designed for high glow temperatures, a high H2 content in process gas and a high band speed. Advanced cooling systems guarantee low cooling rates and as possible cooling over the entire range, which is crucial for high-quality NGO electrical engine, especially for electric vehicles (EV).

A modern concept of process gastrunge enables the operation of the stove sections under various process gas combinations. The integrated mathematical models from Tenova Loi Thermprocess meet the high demands on accuracy and stability of the band glow.

After completing this complex project, Ansteel with this new production line will be able to cover the demand for high -quality electric plug that is required for the production of electric vehicles. With this investment, Ansteel becomes a global player in the area of sustainable steel and thus pursues its way towards a new, environmentally friendly industry.
