Replacing the now obsolete eldec LC (low-cost) range, the new Pico generators from EMAG eldec Induction GmbH are cost-efficient devices which are developed, built and tested in Dornstetten (Germany) using high quality eldec standardized components. Offering both medium frequency and high frequency options, the generators have outputs from 5 to 18 kW for the induction heating of a wide range of components and materials.
The generators are extremely compact and are characterized by very simple set up requirements. Thanks to the new, intuitive user interface, plug & play is a reality. Featuring comprehensive functions such as permanent operation, jog & timer mode, power control & temperature control as well as program storage capability. For further requirements such as higher power outputs, multiple outputs, frequency switchover, Profibus connection in higher level systems or simultaneous frequencies, the company can offer customized solutions based on the established MFG, HFG and SDF® series.
