The bell annealer facility for annealing cold rolled steel strip coils in pure hydrogen process atmosphere consists of 8 Hicon/H2® workbases, 4 gas-fired heating bells, 4 combined air/water cooling bells and peripheral safety systems.
This facility is one of the tallest in the world: Coils can be charged with a maximum outside diameter of 2,000 mm to a stack height of 6,700 mm.
Procurement of this bell annealer facility rounds off Abul Khair’s investment in their cold rolling mill project.
