ALD Heat Treatment Services has had facilities in Germany, USA and Mexico for many years. European and US-American car manufacturers and well-known Tier Ones intensively utilise ALD vacuum heat treatment services for their gears, drive-train-systems as well as other components.
High quality processing, low distortion of treated parts and reliability in general are key aspects in these long-term cooperation’s with famous car makers, their sub-suppliers and other industries. Equipped with ModulTherm, the state-of-the-art ALD heat treatment system, and combined with the production experiences from the other three existing facilities, the new plant in Suzhou will equally serve the domestic industry with high quality heat treatment services. The new production hall will be erected right beside their subsidiary ALD-C&K Vacuum Technologies (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.
ALD-C&K Vacuum Technologies (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. produce, sell and service ALD equipment, and are also experienced in the commissioning and maintenance of heat treatment systems. The close co-operation between these two units will contribute to the performance of the new heat treatment services center.
