Remix S.A. commissioned to the leading forging manufacturer a gas-fired rotary hearth furnace for preheating aircraft titanium alloys before die forging of rated capacity 4.500 kg/h and working temperature of 1.300°C. High-efficiency recuperative burners were applied in the heating system. With respect of technological requirements for the furnace, the technical specifications of Remix S.A. unit comply with the guidelines of aircraft standard ASM 2750E. Our Customer is one of the leading manufacturers of forgings in Central Europe who deliver to strategic industries. For Remix S.A., co-operation with so innovative company, meant a challenge, both in design and technological aspects. It was another project completed for this forging Manufacturer. Earlier, at the end of 2015 a washing-drying unit was delivered, designated for washing the workpieces after oil quench at maximum capacity of 3.000 kg.
