Metal manufacturing industry to meet at iMT Taiwan

The first edition of International Metal Technology Taiwan (iMT Taiwan) will take place on 2-4 December 2015 at the Kaohsiung Exhibition Center. The exhibition will focus on high precision products, automation and high-speed manufacturing and expanding business opportunities for companies in Taiwan's metal industry.

von | 19.10.15

In response to the market needs, iMT Taiwan offers Taiwan’s metal manufacturers and suppliers the chance to showcase their products and capabilities. iMT Taiwan serves as a new international platform for one-stop sourcing, networking, connecting with reliable business partners and ultimately expanding operations.
iMT Taiwan is identified by Kaohsiung City Government as key priority to promote business opportunities in Taiwan and its industry clusters, because the exhibition is perfectly in line with the governments’ goal to bring metal- and metal related industries in southern Taiwan forward and promote them internationally. As a result, iMT Taiwan is now recognized as one of the main international trade shows and fully supported by the Kaohisung City Government.
The industry conference that will be held on 3rd December 2015 parallel to the exhibiton, will focus on industry trends, machine safety and protection, as well as Industry 4.0. At the conference, participants will have the chance to get first hand industry and technical information from local and international speakers and industry experts. It is a great honour to have Mr. Winfried Resch, Representative of Foundry Machinery, Metallurgical Plants and Rolling Mills at VDMA (German Engineering Federation), Dr. Heinz-Juergen Buechner, Managing Director at IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG (German Industry Bank), and Dr. Hermann Stumpp, President of the trade fair THERMPROCESS (organized by MesseDüsseldorf GmbH) talk about Industry 4.0 & Safety of Machinery, Current Trends in the Global Metal Industry, and Application of Thermal Processes in Industrial Furnaces for the Production of Metals respectively. All speakers will share their experience and knowledge in the hope to help businesses transform in this diverse and challenging market.
The exhibition is supported by Messe Duesseldorf GmbH, the organizer of GIFA, METEC, THERMPROCESS and NEWCAST (GMTN).
FREE pre-registration for the exhibition is available online. For more information please visit www.imttaiwan.com
