In January 2022, YETEN Combustion successfully delivered a custom made refractory dry – out burner system to Sweden. Along with the burner, system includes control cabinet acc. to EN 746 – 2 European combustion safety standards, combustion air fan and integrated gas train. This system will be used to make refractory dry – outs automatically acc. to given temperature profile and will be delivered from one factory to another as a mobile unit.
Automatic Temperature Control
This dry – out system works automatically acc. to the given temperature profile. A K type thermocouple is connected to temperature controller which is located on control cabinet. Temperature controller controls the system by precisely adjusting the gas regulating valve (actuator with linear control valve) to reach necessary temperature. More than 1 temperature profile can be set from temperature controller.
High Xs Air Operation
Burner is suitable for working with λ: 40 (Fuel/Air Ratio: 1/395). This way, very precise temperature control can be achieved. System ‘s fan capacity is 50 % higher than standard systems, this allows burner to pressurize the chamber atmosphere. As a result, uniform temperature distribution is achieved and lifetime of the refractory is elongated.

Control Cabinet Acc. to EN 746 – 2 Safety Standards
Control cabinet is designed according to EN 746 – 2 European combustion safety standards and has a safety relay inside. There is a driver inside the cabinet to control the combustion air fan. Driver frequency can be easily adjusted from the driver display which is mounted to the front cover of the cabinet. Condition of the system and faults can be followed from the BCU ‘s display. Visual and audible alarm system warns the operators against any system faults.

Compact, User Friendly Design
System is completely designed for the needs of the operators. Combustion air fan, gas train and control cabinet are all located on the transport car. During the operation and maintenance, every instrument of the gas train can be reached and detached easily. Individual parts of the system such as, burner, air trim valve, flex hoses, etc. can be stored inside the transport car and can be delivered from factory to factory easily. System is surrounded by protection barriers to protect it during transport and storage.
