ICBP Nano furnace for treating smaller loads

ECM Technologies presents the new ICBP Nano, the latest in its range of industrial furnaces of low-pressure carburizing process. Responding to new performance criteria required by the automotive and aeronautics industries, ECM offers with the ICBP Nano equipment specialized in smaller loads treatment. This more compact equipment, fully integrated into productive lines requiring high production cadences, will be bringing even more value to the heat treatment.

The outcome of a detailed study and a thorough analysis of the industry needs, the ICBP Nano has already acquired a contract of seven key production lines each comprising an 6-cell heating furnace for a tier one German automotive supplier. By winning this contract, the family business ECM consolidates its leading position in the low pressure carburizing process.
ECM Technologies is specialized in the design, manufacturing and installation of high technology industrial furnaces, and is recognized worldwide with 80 % of its sales to international customers. The company from Grenoble, in France, employs over 300 people in France and abroad through its twelve subsidiaries all around the world (Singapore, Taiwan, USA, China, India, Kazakhstan, Abu Dhabi, Germany, Russia and Mexico). Apart from the automotive industry and aeronautics, the ECM group is also a leading actor in the renewable energy industries including photovoltaics, research, electronics, nuclear and medical.
