The new divisions will be managed by Andrea Rocca (Metals CEO) and Frank Hubrich (Mining CEO). The division leaders will be responsible for the business strategy and results in their respective areas.
“With this new leadership structure a generational change has begun,” commented Gianfelice Rocca Chairman of Techint Group. “In the past year, I personally reviewed Tenova’s global business priorities to identify the future pillars of the company. An integral task has been to facilitate the handover process to an international leadership team. This team is now ready to face the challenges ahead with the same passion for technology and innovation that has always been an inherent part of the Techint Group values and ofour family business tradition.”
