Stephan Mayer worked initially as Manager of the Central Organization Development department at the company’s headquarters in Ditzingen. He held this position until 2014. From 2014 to 2015 he headed up the Central Production and Quality and Process Management departments. Since July 1, 2015 he was responsible for the Electronics Division of the Trumpf Group as co-CEO with Dieter Pauschinger at Trumpf Hüttinger. Dieter Pauschinger left his position as CEO of Trumpf Hüttinger effective on November 1, 2015 to explore a new career path. “We thank Dieter Pauschinger for twelve years of great dedication to TRUMPF Hüttinger and wish him all the best for the future,” stated Dr. Nicola Leibinger-Kammüller, Chairperson of the Trumpf Group Management Board. Pauschinger joined the company in 2003 as CEO of Trumpf Hüttinger.
