Pancaldi – 55 years old – who was by now the Tenova Metals Chief Operating Officer, joined the Techint Group as Process Engineer in 1988 and has spent his entire career in Techint and then in Tenova. He held various positions of leadership in different functions and business units of the Metals Division, contributing actively to the development and expansion of the company.
His deep awareness of the technologies and products will guarantee the continuity of the projects and will support and stimulate the innovation drive which characterizes the Tenova’s approach to business.
