Hans Ziegler was first elected to the Board of Directors of Schmolz + Bickenbach AG on 26 September 2013. Since then he was Chairman of the Audit Committee. Until the Annual General Meeting 2016 he also served as a member of the Compensation Committee.

The Board of Directors will decide upon an eventual appointment for the vacant position at a later stage. A potential successor will be proposed for election to the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 8 May 2017.
