ThyssenKrupp extends contracts of Supervisory Board Members

At its last meeting the Supervisory Board of ThyssenKrupp AG extended the contracts of Chief Financial Officer Guido Kerkhoff (47) and Chief Human Resources Officer Oliver Burkhard (43).

At its last meeting the Supervisory Board of ThyssenKrupp AG extended the contracts of Chief Financial Officer Guido Kerkhoff (47) and Chief Human Resources Officer Oliver Burkhard (43).
Guido Kerkhoff has been a member of the Executive Board of the Essen-based industrial and technology group since April 2011, and Oliver Burkhard since February 2013. The contracts were each extended for five years to March 2021 (Kerkhoff) and January 2021 (Burkhard).

Metso is enhancing its innovative mill lining recycling technology development and customer service capabilities by signing an agreement to acquire TL Solution’s recycling operations and induction heating technology development capabilities. TL Solution, a privately owned company based in Oulu, Finland, has previously worked with Metso to develop recycling technology.
