During the 15 years, STEXPO has been dedicated to promoting technological progress, enlarging application fields, strengthening international trade and exchange, and promoting industry achievement. It has made great contributions to China stainless steel industry. The number of exhibitors, exhibiting areas and visitors saw continuous growth. The expo has evolved into an important event for the world stainless steel industry.
China has become the largest and most important stainless steel producer in the world, and the biggest stainless steel consumer with the largest volume and application fields. In recent years, Chinese stainless steel companies, especially, some private companies, through the technical innovation and technological upgrade, have strengthened their equipment level and improved their competitiveness.
China’s stainless steel industry also faces a series of important issues, such as structural optimization, quality improvement, energy saving and emission reduction, industry concentration, management innovation, application development, and international exchanges. In this scenario, the previous eight STEXPO sessions have been attracting enthusiastic participation of domestic and overseas stainless steel producers or its related enterprises. The scale of exhibition has been increasingly growing.

This year’s STEXPO is to be held from September 2-4, 2015 at the New International Expo Center in Shanghai, China.
