Thermal Technology 2019, the industrial furnaces and equipment exhibition, closed after two successful days of business. Held every four years, the fourth edition welcomed 101 exhibitors from eight countries/regions, showcasing their latest industrial furnaces, equipment, technologies and services that represent the core of the key industries in Japan. 3,059 visitors joined the show and the fairground was infused with a vibrant business atmosphere throughout the two exhibition days. Feedback from both visitors and exhibitors was positive across the board, describing the fair as a useful event that facilitated new business and connection between furnace manufacturers, equipment companies and end users.
Mr Mineo Goto, chairman of the executive committee of Thermal Technology 2019, commented: “While many exhibitors are satisfied with the high-quality visitors at the booth, visitors also give us positive feedback about the show. Thermal Technology has gained momentum and we aim to continue the success at Thermotec 2021 in Tokyo. I believe that the success of this event will lead to the development of the entire industry.”
Aside from the product developments on display at the show, the range of fringe programme events – such as special seminars and presentations by exhibitors – gathered industry professionals looking for market updates and business advice. Thermal Technology 2019 attracted a broad spectrum of visitors and established itself as an indispensable event for the entire spectrum of industrial furnace stakeholders.
