The ME series comprises furnaces with volumes of 10–665 l for regular use. The warp-resistant steel construction, high-quality insulation material and particularly durable firebricks in the door area meet the highest requirements for quality and reliability. The parallel swivel door reduces heat radiation and allows easy and safe operation. 3-side heating with heating elements mounted on support rods provides even distribution of heat. The Kanthal heating elements have been calculated with minimal surface load to minimize wear and to allow long service life.
Combined with a wide range of optional equipment, Rohde develops customized solutions to meet different requirements and implements special solutions in accordance with individual internal dimensions and temperatures up to 1,400 °C.
