Yesterday, the Supervisory Board of thyssenkrupp Materials Services resolved the early reappointment of Martin Stillger to the segment’s Executive Board. The contract will run for another five years from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2026. He will also be appointed Chief Executive Officer at the same time – he previously held the post of Chairman. In addition, the Supervisory Board approved the extension of the contract of Daniel Wodera, Chief Financial Officer of thyssenkrupp Materials Services. He will be member for further five years from 01.10.2022 to 30.09.2027.
The appointments give the Executive Board a strong mandate. The path for the strategic transformation launched in 2019 with “Materials as a Service” will be continued.

Martin Stillger has been Chairman of the Executive Board of Materials Services since 06.12.2019. Daniel Wodera joined the Executive Board as CFO on 01.10.2019.
