From June 21st to 25th, 2027, the world’s leading trade fairs GIFA, METEC, THERMPROCESS and NEWCAST will open their doors again in Düsseldorf.
Accompanying THERMPROCESS, the THERMPROCESS Forum will take place from June 21st to 23rd, 2027.
21.06.2027: Theme Day ” Resilient, Flexible, and Autonomous Production Solutions in the Context of Global Challenges”
This theme day highlights innovative approaches that enable modern metallurgical production solutions to respond to uncertainties and dynamic market demands. The focus is on intelligent, connected, and adaptable technologies that help companies sustainably strengthen their competitiveness, efficiency, and future viability.
June 22 – 23, 2027: Developments in the industry.
In the second part of the forum, renowned exhibitors will present new developments in relevant key topics such as:
- Decarbonized, energy-efficient, and low-emission thermal processing technology for climate neutrality and sustainable value creation
- Thermal processing technology as a key technology for the circular economy and resource efficiency
- Digital and AI-supported thermal processing technology
- Leaps in productivity and innovation through intelligent technologies and new business models
A call for papers will be issued in October for the forum section “Developments in industry”. Exhibiting companies will then have the opportunity to submit papers.
The language of the THERMPROCESS forum will be English.
Participation is free of charge for THERMPROCESS trade visitors. This allows for an on-site decision to attend at short notice to learn about the latest industry developments. All
presentations will be available for download after the event.
