“The Graphite People” – Graphite Materials GmbH strengthens focus on innovation and customer proximity

As part of its international expansion, Graphite Materials GmbH is therefore making its strengths even more transparent with a new brand identity. The Bavarian engineering expert is highly specialized in tailor-made system solutions made of carbon fiber and graphite materials for industrial high-temperature applications.

Technologies and markets are constantly changing and becoming ever more dynamic. This also applies to the graphite industry and Graphite Materials. The expertise of the employees and the importance of graphite as a material offer every potential for the further development of the company. Graphite Materials has now translated these opportunities into an ambitious corporate strategy. This also includes the international realignment of the brand. At the heart of this is an unwavering commitment to actively support customer success through innovations and customized graphite system solutions.

Customer focus is at the heart of the realignment

The new strategic direction includes a significant optimization of the international customer approach and simplification of communication. Graphite Materials intends to use this to strengthen its position as an innovative industrial partner and specialist for graphite system solutions and to further expand it worldwide. The new brand core “The Graphite People” conveys Graphite Materials’ vision of being “the” specialist for graphite in the market.

Customer surveys and market analyses were carried out in advance of the brand realignment. The results showed that the Graphite Materials teams are regarded internationally as highly competent, solution-oriented and reliable project partners. The new brand identity therefore emphasizes this feedback with the slogan “The Graphite People”. In addition, the new online magazine “The Graphite World” is being created, which regularly provides exciting insights into technical innovations and the working world of the “Graphite People” at Graphite Materials.

New website becomes the central platform

The redesigned Graphite Materials website now offers even more intuitive user guidance for all product and service categories. Interactive contact options make it even easier to access all important information. In addition to German and English, further languages will be integrated in the near future to enable unrestricted international access.
