- Inspections & analyses : sampling and metallurgical characterization of treated parts: surface hardness, micro-hardness profiling, microstructure analysis, distortion measurement, and verification of treatment repeatability and uniformity,
- Process optimization : fine-tuning of parameters to meet the required specifications,
- Industrial validation : ensuring performance, robustness, and repeatability of the process prior to production deployment.
