At the Institute of Electrotechnology, belonging to the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Leibniz Universität Hannover, are carried out research and development projects for industrial applications of Electrotechnologies. The research and development priorities of the Institute are in the field of induction heating for melting and heating, in the field of magneto-hydrodynamics and the electromagnetic processing of materials.
