The first two passes of the TMB will allow high-reduction ratios in order to perform low-temperature rolling (LTR), to achieve finer grain size and better mechanical properties in the final products.
The new equipment will make it possible to achieve strict product tolerances and to increase the range of sizes produced. The shorter changing time will bring higher material yield and higher production flexibility.
The line start-up is is scheduled for the beginning of 2020.
