In July 2018, one of the leading refractory producer companies of Europe installed a bell type special refractory brick furnace for the first time in Turkey. At full capacity, furnace temperature reaches 1,700 °C. To reach this temperature, MSB high velocity burners with refractory burner tile are choosen. Combustion system is entirely supplied by Yeten Combustion, including the instrumentation. Installation is easily done with the help of pressure – capacity curves which are generated after the performance tests that are made in Yeten ‘s test furnaces.
MSB burners offer high temperature resistance, improved product quality and increased furnace capacity. With its high flame velocity, MSB burners form low NO_x emissions. The burner pulls inert gases to the reaction zone with the circulation of furnace inside atmosphere and burns them repeatedly. As a result of the process, NO_x emissions reduces. MSB burners are supplied between 50-5,000 kW and with three different flame tubes. Metal Flame Tube (max. Temperature: 1,100 °C), SiC Flame Tube (max. temperature: 1,350 °C), and Refractory Tile (max. Temperature: 1,600 °C).
